We offer quick check-ins. No appointment is necessary to drop off your Mac, and you don't have to carry your equipment through the mall.

Whether your Mac is slightly outside of its warranty or quite a few years old, we can get your machine running as good as new.

As long as Apple has service parts for your machine, we purchase directly from them. Once Apple stops supporting a particular model, we source reliable parts from a trusted network of secondary distributors. That allows us to maximize the return on what you have invested in your Mac.

It often makes sense to upgrade your current Mac instead of buying a new one. We can offer recommendations based on your needs and extend the life of your machine.

Increasing the RAM (most recent Mac operating systems really need 8 or more gigabytes of RAM to run well), increasing the size of your Mac's hard drive, or installing a remarkably fast solid state drive can significantly extend the life of your computer.

Pop-ups and malware can appear after installing free software or just while browsing the web. In the vast majority of cases, we can remove them without loss of data or applications.

We have seen more Mac infections in the last two years than we have in the previous ten years combined. The best way to protect your computer is to visit trusted sites and never install software or call phone numbers from pop ups. Before getting started with any repair work, we thoroughly test your Mac using Apple provided diagnostic tools. This ensures that there are no surprises and allows you to make informed decisions about how to proceed.

We see many different computer issues every day: Macs not turning on, running too slowly, not connecting to the internet, black screens, etc. Whatever your computer's issue, we have the tools and experience to fix it.

We can facilitate a repair for you with Apple. They typically return the unit within three to five business days. Apple may decide to simply replace the phone or tablet, so please make sure it is backed up and Find My iPhone is turned off.

Apple has provided a limited number of loaner iPhones available for those repairs covered under warranty.

We can come to your location to assist with networking issues, set up, and printer installation.

Onsite repairs have a one hour minimum charge. After the first hour, billing is in half hour increments. Travel time is assessed from our Northcrest location.

Losing your files or data can be devastating. We have a variety of software based tools we can utilize to attempt to get your important items back.

The techniques we use have a high success rate and are cost effective, but if we are unable to recover your data, we can refer you to our partners who specialize in physically rebuilding drives and offer other advanced data recovery.
